Pacha Mama means Mother Earth among the indigenous people of South America. She appeared as a crowned goddess to heal my pain during the ayahuasca visions. This realist colored pencil drawing carries a lot of spiritual meaning for me represented in symbolism crossing cultures and time. White dots and lines on her face represent energy and vibration.

“Pacha Mama” draws me because of its vibrant color palette, its emotional intensity, and its exquisitely detailed background.
