In this oil painting I wanted to express the unity of our existence and consciousness where every person is a tiny speck of the Universe that becomes One. The soul is pure, infinite and timeless.

To describe this idea visually I used my photo references of ancient Greco-Roman sculptures, not people. (I visited Rome and the Forum with the Palatine museum in 2021 and took many pictures of sculptures and ruins…)
In my opinion this ancient civilization reached such a perfection of human form that these sculptures pierce me with feelings of ethereal, transcendental beauty. The figures appear to be distilled to the very essence of human existence. In my oil painting I wanted to combine Roman aerial sense of beauty and timelessness with sound, energy and infinity of quantum field (cosmos) to describe our relation to each other and the world.
Stripped of personal projection, barriers and perception of reality in the manifested world, the soul is pure and loving. Surrendering to all that is becomes a path to experiencing true freedom.
