Gain insight into how to think about color when designing your images. The course doesn’t have drawing tutorials; rather, it focuses on formulas and understanding of principles in art to create color harmony in any kind of painting.

Make a drawing in colored pencil from scratch, either using a given reference or using one of your favorites. Make a folder with photo sources to accumulate references for projects.

This course is for anyone interested in learning how to create effective color harmonies for colored pencil drawing and other media.

A basic set of colored pencils, drawing paper, and the ability to draw still-life objects realistically enough are encouraged.
